Holding Contracts
We require one week notice prior to the next billing date to suspend your contract. Backdated suspension is not acceptable.
Kids in Classes
We have child-friendly yoga aerial yoga claases that are open to both adults and children, and specialised kids yoga classes that children can attend. However, children and teengers under the age of 15 are not permitted in our regular classes. Please check with our staff if you are unsure which of our classes permit children.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy
If you have registered for a class, cancellation is permitted up to one hour before the class commences. If you cancel late or are absent for the class, your session will be forfeited. For clients on unlimited contracts, we seek your understanding to oblige by the same cancellation guidelines as a courtesy to our instructors and for our logistical preparation.
Mat Policy
Please bring your own yoga mat or rent ours foe $2 each. This appplies to all floor classes.
