Starting a new class and taking up an activity can sometimes seem daunting, but there are so many positive aspects that outweigh the negatives. However, I think and many would agree that Boxfit is suitable for every fitness level and there should never be a problem taking a break or slowing down. With over 17 classes per day, 100 lessons per week, 30 different types of lessons and for all fitness levels, there’s a range of courses to suit you regardless of your motivation. A fun and fast interactive cardio-style workout that combines boxing and body weight exercises.
The BoxFit classes I took at the time of writing took place in Dublin at Urban Fit Crew. I found the instructors encouraging, the courses were a nice size and the training was fun.
What can I expect from a boxfit class?
All three rounds are extremely demanding and are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.
