Is bungee fitness a good workout?
There are so many benefits, but I think the most important thing is that it’s a good, fun workout that makes you forget how challenging the exercises you’re doing are. With bungees, you are able to complete a demanding workout without the pressure of heavy movements and still meet your fitness needs. They’ll also use the bungees to do variations of inverted abdominal exercises, Supermans, and swimmers, Piskin says. As with traditional bungee exercises, you can expect variations of classic bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups, planks, and crunches.
